How to Donate
Individuals / Groups
Whether it's a bagful or a truckload, your food donations provide meals to local families that need them! Every box of rice, can of soup or bag of beans makes a difference! Non-perishable food items may be dropped off at the food bank or at the following locations:

By choosing to donate to Second Harvest Food Bank, your company and your community will benefit. Regular donations to the Food Bank can:
Under The Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008, enhanced tax-deductions for food donations are available to all business taxpayers (including farmers, restaurants and food manufacturers). All donations to the Food Bank will be receipted with language necessary for tax purposes.
- Reduce costs associated with product storage and disposal
- Provide substantial tax benefits
- Show that your company cares about the community in which it operates
