DESCRIPTION:Second Harvest Food Bank’s Feed the Need Fun Run is a totally doable\, totally ridiculous .1-mile “run” where every tiny step helps fight hunger in our community. Whether you jog\, walk\, dance\, skip\, or dramatically power-strut to the finish line\, you’ll be supporting neighbors facing hunger across the Mahoning Valley. Cost is only $10 per entry. \nThis family-friendly event will feature ice cream for participants\, keepsake cups\, a bounce house and kids activities\, music\, food trucks\, and games. Participants are encouraged to dress up and embrace the silly spirit of the day. \nThis isn’t about speed — it’s about coming together for a BIG cause with a very SMALL distance. For kids and adults — come for the “race\,” stay for the fun! Participants who bring a nonperishable food item donation will receive a ticket for a special prize drawing.
