The Food Bank is a volunteer dependent organization where your skills and talent are needed and will be put to good use. There are opportunities to sort and re-box food in the warehouse, help in the office, answer phones, help with the newsletter or work on special projects like Taste of the Valley and Harvest for Hunger. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday mornings.

You'll have the joy of knowing that your work is helping to feed hungry people in our community - a child will go to bed with a full belly because of you or a senior will be able to eat and purchase the medicine they need because of you.

Volunteer Needs

Sort and Re-Pack Food
Requirements: Able to life 20 lb. boxes
Hours: Mon. - Fri., 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Assist with Special Events
Hours: Mon. - Fri., 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM
*Some weekend opportunities available

Clerical Work
Hours: Mon. - Fri., 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
